Taekwon-Do

Tommy is a huge fan of Ninjago. And superheroes. And wrestling. We thought it would be a good idea to channel some of that energy into a positive outlet. Enter Taekwon-do. We found a cheap class offered through Portland Parks and Rec and decided to go for it.

Tommy has loved his class. He pays close attention to his teacher and has improved significantly since the first day. He earned "Student of the Day" twice during the five-session course, which earned him a couple of pretty cool head bands. We are very proud of him for doing his best and for trying something new. We start swimming lessons for both kids this week. Heaven help us.
